LOCS / Managed
Managed Assurance

Keep a deployment healthy, evidenced and renewable

Once live, Locs runs as a governed, evidence-producing service. Managed Assurance covers the recurring reviews that keep a deployment healthy and the controlled support access that lets Locs help without standing access to your data.

02
Controlled access

Support access is off by default. When help is needed, a session is granted explicitly and is time-limited, role-scoped, revocable and fully audited. Three service modes — customer-operated, co-managed and Locs-managed — determine who runs the assurance cycle, but none is a backdoor.

The only artefact a central operating console may receive is a sanitised, signed status bundle: operational metadata and counts only. Raw documents, prompts, retrieved content, credentials, keys and full audit logs can never leave this way — a recursive guard refuses to emit a bundle whose keys look sensitive.
