How ingestion is governed
  • Read-only by default — connectors read; they do not write back to your systems.
  • Incremental synchronisation — delta sync keeps knowledge current without full re-imports.
  • ACL preservation — source access controls map to governed pack permissions (fail-closed).
  • Sensitivity mapping — content is classified; secrets block the document, identifiers are redacted, sensitive content routes to review.
  • Governed draft creation — ingested content becomes a DRAFT pack and never activates automatically.
  • Safe deletion — removed source content flags affected packs; it never silently deletes active knowledge.
  • Credentials as external references — connector secrets are external secret references, never stored in the database, returned by the API, or written to logs.
Connectors are mock-validated today. Live-instance validation of SharePoint, ServiceNow and Remedy is completed per customer during onboarding — it is an explicit go-live gate, not a shipped claim.
